Essential Criteria:
Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience
Current Working with Children Check
National Police Check
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum five years full time equivalent post registration experience and relevant post graduate qualifications or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
- Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Evidence of consistent demonstration of behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation with all stakeholders including colleagues, direct reports, patients and consumers.
- Proven ability to consult, review, and develop, both new and existing policies and procedures within the speciality.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work with a proven ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice by the utilisation of evidence based practice.
- Computer skills including word processing, presentation, spread sheet applications and clinical information systems.
