Selection Criteria:

1.    Qualification as a Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
2.    At least five years’ experience and or equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years’ experience in the specialty field.
3.    Demonstrated experience in the assessment and management of children and adolescents who present with high  levels of acuity and Mental Health Issues, ensuring a client-centered collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
4.    Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills across a variety of mediums.
5.    Proven ability to implement changes and develop clinical practice by using evidence based research and practice.
6.    Demonstrated skills in strategic and clinical service planning including an understanding of organisational behavior, change management and cultural change processes.
7.    Demonstrated skills in leadership, to include clinical supervision, teaching and education of specialty programs for both community and hospital based services.
8.    Current Drivers License with no restrictions.
