Selection Criteria:

  1. Demonstrated experience as a business analyst within a large public health or hospital organisation or extensive clinical experience in hospital environment.
  2. Demonstrated experience in conducting business process redesign, documentation of workflow, data flow analysis diagrams, benefits realisation and change management documents.
  3. Extensive experience in supporting delivery of business outcomes, to time and expected levels of quality, including the ability to manage risks and issues within a project.
  4. Well-developed interpersonal, consultation and negotiation skills with demonstrated capacity to broker effective clinical solutions with a diverse range of internal and external key stakeholders.
  5. Availability and ability to work outside normal working hours when required, including on-call support during go live.
  6. Strong negotiation skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation to achieve desired outcomes.
  7. Knowledge of project management and computer systems including PRINCE2, proficient in Microsoft Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
