Clinical Manager, Adult Community Mental Health Team 5. ESMHS

1. Professional qualification in either Social Work (eligible for membership of AASW), Occupational Therapy with current registration with AHPRA, Registered Nurse/Midwife with current registration with AHPRA; Psychologist with current registration with AHPRA.
2. Demonstrated skills in leadership and management within an adult community mental health care setting including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
3. Has undertaken and continues to engage in professional development to further advance their management and leadership competencies
4. A demonstrated knowledge and experience in the management and delivery of adult community mental health care services with a focus on recovery-oriented and strengths approaches that incorporate consumer collaboration in care planning.
5. A demonstrated understanding of Workplace Health and Safety legislation
6. A demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and the ability to manage change.
7. Good computer literacy skills
8. Current NSW Driver’s Licence
