Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Experience in leadership of clinical informatics strategy in health services
- Relevant tertiary qualification in health, information management or data analysis with an understanding of health business analysis across State and Commonwealth systems, or extensive relevant experience.
- Experience in project management including design, planning, consultation, delivery, monitoring and reporting.
- Extensive change management experience, including report and project plan development
- Sound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative strategies to monitor and report on service performance and clinical indicators.
- High level of computer skills including understanding of electronic medical record applications and systems, work flow analysis and related data capture and analysis with the ability to produce related reports.
- Ability to develop collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and progression of the PCCH Clinical Informatics strategies and intended improvements.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites and facilities across a large geographic area.
