Selection Criteria:

Demonstrated extensive clinical analyst experience or extensive experience as a health professional
-
Proven involvement or a strong desire to gain experience working on a clinically orientated project and working with clinicians
-
Demonstrated high level analytical and interpersonal skills and knowledge
-
Demonstrated ability to work independently and /or collaboratively in a project team environment within a complex organisation influencing others to move towards a common goal or vision
-
Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to show initiative including a “can do” attitude and an ability to overcome obstacles
-
Excellent oral, written communication skills and presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to executive, stakeholders and large groups
-
Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems when and where required with minimal guidance

Experience with stakeholder engagement across a broad spectrum including planning and facilitating workshops and meetings
