Chief Radiographer

- Holds current unrestricted registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer with the MRPB of AHPRA, NSW EPA radiation licence IA14 or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in providing leadership and management to a Medical Imaging Department, including staff performance management and accreditation requirements, equipment procurement, and financial control.
- Demonstrated high level clinical skills across a broad range of imaging modalities, including providing leadership and direction in complex imaging areas.
- Demonstrated commitment to personal Continual Professional Development as well as developing the leadership and clinical skills of team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to prepare clear and succinct plans, strategies, briefs and reports.
- Demonstrated excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals.
- Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to travel regularly for work within and outside of the LHD, which will include occasional overnight stays.
