  1. Experience managing large organisational change projects at an enterprise level, including demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders, vendors and customers, and driving activities to manage change and optimise project outcomes.
  2. Demonstrated understanding of data sources that are required to support effective change management planning, risk management and execution.
  3. Demonstrated experience in applying a structured change management approach and methodology.
  4. Ability to exhibit exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes.
  5. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem solving skills and ability to make practical recommendations to increase engagement and adoption.
  6. Proven ability to anticipate, identify and address issues and potential problems that may have an impact on change objectives and adoption.
  7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project team environment to meet objectives to tight deadlines.
