Selection Criteria:
  1. Demonstrated extensive experience in successfully project managing complex programs in a large service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications.
  2. High level technical expertise and experience in project management involving health clinicians.
  3. Good understanding of chemotherapy protocol development, prescribing, and administration policies and procedures.
  4. Understanding of the LHD wide processes and committees governing chemotherapy under which the teams are working.
  5. Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  6. Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with extensive experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders and clinicians to influence and achieve optimal business outcomes.
