To be considered for this position, you will need to

Targeted Questions

  • Describe your achievements in developing change management and adoption strategies to lead a significant change initiative that impacted various parts of a large and complex organisation. What major steps did you take to plan for the change? What was the outcome?
  • Provide examples of strategies you have employed to identify, engage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a large complex environment. How did you apply these strategies from a change management perspective? How do you know your strategies were successful?
  • What are some of the typical change management obstacles or barriers you encounter at work that make it difficult to achieve required goals? How do you usually handle these? How successful is this? Can you provide some specific examples that illustrate this approach?

All NSW Health workers are required to have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by 30 September 2021 and two doses by 30 November 2021 or have an approved medical contraindication certificate. You will be required to provide a record of your COVID-19 vaccination status if successful.
