- Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques required to support effective change management planning, risk management and execution.
- High degree of skill in analysing and reporting on indicators utilising tools such as Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated understanding of the contribution of change analytics to change management planning and implementation.
- Ability to exhibit exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes.
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written strategies, plans and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
- Ability to anticipate, identify and address issues and potential problems that may have an impact on change objectives and adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project team environment to meet objectives to tight deadlines.
