  1. Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques required to support effective change management planning, risk management and execution.
  2. High degree of skill in analysing and reporting on indicators utilising tools such as Microsoft Excel
  3. Demonstrated understanding of the contribution of change analytics to change management planning and implementation.
  4. Ability to exhibit exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes.
  5. Sound analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written strategies, plans and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  6. Ability to anticipate, identify and address issues and potential problems that may have an impact on change objectives and adoption.
  7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project team environment to meet objectives to tight deadlines.
