- Please describe your achievements in developing change and adoption strategies to support and improve the use and adoption of IT systems within highly complex and/or large technical ICT projects in a large and complex service industry organisation.
- Maintaining effective relationships is a key to the success of transitioning customers and stakeholders. Please describe and provide examples of how your collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
- Describe your experience in facilitating workshops or sessions with diverse and large audiences and stakeholders. Provide examples of how you assess the audiences understanding and readiness for change.
- Provide details on how your sound analytical and problems solving skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports and process maps are used to propose business solutions and communicate to varying audiences.
