Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrate ability to work harmoniously as part of a multi-disciplinary team and apply professional and ethical boundaries when dealing with complex situations within a clinical environment.
- Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others and exercise independent judgment and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated high level capacity to use office computing applications including word processing, spreadsheets, patient information systems and databases such as; eMR (Power Chart) -eMR (Scheduler) -iPM –CHIME.
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and develop new administrative processes and systems.
- Demonstrated organisational / time management skills with the ability to work under pressure, meet tight time frames and manage competing demands to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible with administrative tasks and willingness work in a variety of units and location.
- Proven experience with Microsoft office applications including but not limited to; Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in secretariat duties such as Coordinating committee meetings, minute taking and preparation of agenda etc.
