Selection Criteria
- A trade certificate in carpentry or joinery and demonstrated experience in the field of carpentry maintenance/renovation in residential or commercial environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures for building, fabric, fittings and fixtures
- Experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders in regards to repairs and maintenance works
- Ability to use computer software applications and electronic systems at a basic level in accordance with local procedures
- Ability to work evenings and weekends based on the demands of the service
- Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures and practises
- Current Motor Vehicle Drivers License and a Construction Induction Card (white card). Current First Aid Certificate is preferred but not essential
