• Provide an example of your leadership experience and skills leading a diverse team by demonstrating how you managed the performance of an individual team member for the benefit of the individual and the broader team.
• Provide a demonstrated example of when you have used your technical and leadership skills, to implement a business improvement practice. In your response include how you used stakeholder engagement skills to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
