Business Analyst
Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
- Extensive experience in assessing business systems, mapping end-to-end processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Interpreting business intent and applying to incumbent systems and process design to improve efficiency and availability of information.
- Excellent analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
- Superior organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, decision making and influencing skills including the ability to interact collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders throughout all organisational levels.
