Selection Criteria to be addressed:
- Current nursing registration with APHRA (Division 1) First line management or postgraduate qualifications in Perioperative nursing or management, or workings towards attainment
- Extensive clinical experience in perioperative nursing, including Operating Suite NUM or A/NUM or team leader experience
- Proven ability to assess nursing/resource requirements and utilisation within agreed targets
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and to balance competing demands
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, manage and develop nursing staff
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated computer skills and literacy
