  • How would you describe world class Customer Experience in 2020? What are some of the operational, technical, and strategic considerations that any Customer Experience (CX) Leader should make, and plan for, to provide this experience?
  • This role is focused on implementing strategies to ensure continuous improvement with the eHealth NSW customer experience. Tell us about a time that you identified a need for change and implemented a strategy in order to address this. What was the strategy, and what was the outcome?
  • eHealth NSW is seeking to improve its customer centricity across services, products and processes. Provide us with some examples of where you have led efforts to achieve similar customer outcome focussed improvements.
