Essential Criteria
You must have To be successful for this role, you will have extensive experience in leading a dynamic and results-driven team and an outstanding record of achievement in Continuous Improvement and Innovation initiatives in a large and complex service environment. This includes expert knowledge and demonstrated achievements in applying appropriate continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, etc) and applying appropriate innovation frameworks.
