Assistant to the Director of Physician Education - Prince of Wales Hospital
Selection Criteria
1. Effective time management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise, undertake a diverse range of tasks and meet deadlines
2. Well developed and effective written and oral communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving and organisational skills
3. Demonstrated skills and ability in Microsoft Office applications including, Word, Excel, Access, internet and email technology
4. Good analytical skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
6. Demonstrated experience and strong commitment to a service orientated administrative support role and the ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
7. Previous Administration Officer experience
