  1. Recognised tertiary qualifications and/ or demonstrated experience and achievement in operating in a similar financial, process and change manage/ improvement role.
  2. Demonstrated high level and expert understanding and/ or demonstrated capacity to quickly develop such understanding or revenue practices, policies and procedures that impact on the LHD.
  3. Demonstrated capacity to provide leadership to effectively engage with and motivate people from diverse professional disciplines and negotiate positive changes and outcomes in processes and practices.
  4. Demonstrated success in achieving strategic and/or operational targets with a positive financial impact.
  5. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in provision of training to internal staff and external stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Demonstrated and high level interpersonal skills to provide effective communication, both written (report writing) and verbal (negotiations and presentations) including sound competencies in the use of computer applications eg spreadsheets, word processing, etc
  7. Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a quickly changing and evolving environment including the ability to prioritise workloads and achieve deadlines and people management.
  8. Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to drive for work purposes, including occasional overnight stays.
