Selection Criteria

  1. Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business management, economics or related discipline, or a combination of study and relevant experience.
  2. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels.
  3. High level interpersonal skills with well developed oral and written communication and problem solving. Ability to help non-financial staff to understand their costs and resources to assist them in managing the resources for which they are responsible.
  4. Demonstrated ability to undertake quality financial analysis using various analytical and/or statistical techniques.
  5. Demonstrated experience maintaining accurate financial data and reporting of financial and other business information to various stakeholders, including non-financial staff.
  6. Strong working knowledge and experience in using multiple financial management systems. Microsoft, specifically MS excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint and experience using complex Enterprise Resource Planning applications used by large organisations.
