- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Descriptor: Assisting in Nursing Work in Acute Care), or equivalent work experience or study.
- Understanding the needs of Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Clients.
- Well-developed communication skills.
- Commitment to work as part of a Multidisciplinary team whilst working rotating seven (7) day rosters.
- Knowledge of confidentiality issues.
- Demonstrated computer skills.
- Current Driver's Licence (NSW eligibility).
