  1. Holds current unrestricted registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer with the MRPB of AHPRA, NSW EPA radiation licence IA14 or equivalent.
  2. Demonstrated commitment to personal Continual Professional Development and leading and contributing to the professional development of others.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to prepare clear and succinct plans, strategies, briefs and reports.
  4. Demonstrated excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task and direct efficient action from staff.
  5. Demonstrated high level clinical skills across a broad range of imaging modalities, including providing leadership and direction in subspecialised imaging modality areas.
  6. Demonstrated understanding of leadership and the people management of a multidisciplinary team.
  7. Current licence to drive in NSW with the ability to travel regularly for work within and outside of the LHD, which will include occasional overnight stays.
  8. Demonstrated understanding of the importance of financial control in service planning and delivery, within the context of a hospital based Medical Imaging Department.
