Assistant Booking Hub Manager - Patient Transport Service

• Extensive experience and a record of achievement in management, maintenance and continuous improvement of service delivery in response to requests for nonemergency patient transport in a large and complex service environment. This includes expert knowledge and demonstrated experience in resource allocation, contingency planning and policies and practices for non-emergency patient transport.
• Practical experience in booking and scheduling operational activities, with a comprehensive understanding of patient flow principles in a large diverse service industry organisation and/or relevant qualifications or equivalent.
• Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
• Superior organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
• Proven engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills with the capability to build, maintain and use relationships with customers and stakeholders;
• Proven effectiveness leading a team, coaching and developing capability of managers and staff, whilst always fostering a performance based and customer focused work culture.
• Proven capacity to contribute to and implement best practice initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, improve performance and project manage.
