To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health profession or social sciences (or relevant work experience) and current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment, and the willingness to travel to locations across SWSLHD.
  2. Demonstrated change management and project management experience involving development, monitoring and evaluation of project plans.
  3. Demonstrated ability to facilitate change by engaging people at all levels of the organisation to get buy in and commitment to change.
  4. Demonstrated excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively in both a multidisciplinary, dispersed team and independently
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and highly developed and effective organisational skills including the ability to balance conflicting priorities.
  6. High level computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite as well as an understanding of different methods of training delivery.
  7. Extensive knowledge and experience in Allied Health and/or Community service delivery and broad knowledge of the role of different health professions in patient care services
