  1. Completion of two (2) or more years of study as an undergraduate allied health student and current enrolment in an undergraduate Allied Health degree (year 3 or 4) or Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance.
  2. Demonstrated understanding of the role of Allied Health staff in a hospital setting.
  3. Demonstrated effective communication through the use of information technology, written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify key messages, issues and concerns when communicating with others.
  4. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/caseload and to take direction as required.
  5. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of person-centred care, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team work.
  6. Availability and capacity to participate in a seven-day rotating roster that includes working all days of the week including public holidays (if applicable).
  7. Please nominate your preferred location in the NNSWLHD, these include Tweed/Byron ( Tweed, Murwillumbah and Byron), Richmond (Lismore and surrounds), Clarence (Grafton and Maclean)
