Selection Criteria

 

1. Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent work experience and a willingness to work towards certification.

 

2. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office and email applications.

 

3. Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

 

4. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.

 

5. Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and complete activities (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required) as delegated by supervising Allied Health Professionals.

 

6. Understanding of and demonstrated commitment to ISLHD CORE values.

 

7. Knowledge and understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation and principles.

 

8. Current NSW drivers licence or equivalent.
