- Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Tertiary qualifications in Health Management, working towards or combination of post graduate study and clinical experience
- Demonstrated ability to report, monitor and evaluate clinical services and organisational needs.
- Significant clinical and operational management experience at a senior level in a complex health care environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve organisational and professional outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking skills when problem solving
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills with proven negotiation skills, and computer skills, including the use of Excel, Windows, Outlook and TRIM
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the values of the Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network
