- Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).
- Extensive post-registration clinical experience in mental health and in the management and leadership of mental health clinical service delivery.
- Proven leadership qualities and the ability to set priorities establish and achieve agreed objectives particularly surrounding patient access and clinical innovation reflated to patient flow processes and KPI achievement.
- Effective negotiation and conflict management skills with the ability to motivate staff and maintain effective relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative, creative, motivational and self-directed with workplace projects and clinical innovation which reflect person centred care priorities.
- Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office computer applications, Health Support platforms and the Patient Flow Portal.
- Current NSW Driver’s licence.
