- Bachelor or post graduate degree in Speech Pathology and eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience in Speech Pathology management of adult communication and swallowing disorders (including Videofluoroscopic Swallow Studies) in an acute, sub-acute, rehabilitation and outpatient setting.
- Experience in the management of voice disorders, including delivery of LSVT
- Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated computer literacy and ability to use health information systems.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage workload demands, meet deadlines and complete activities (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required).
- Demonstrated commitment to participation in professional development, quality improvement activities and delivery of consumer focused evidence based care.
- Current Drivers Licence
