- Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Current NSW Drivers licence.
- At least five years fulltime equivalent post graduate experience and with at least three years fulltime equivalent experience in an adolescent/youth health clinical specialty.
- Post graduate qualifications in adolescent health.
- Proven advanced analytical skills and the ability to provide expert advice to staff and patients regarding the assessment and management of young people with youth health issues.
- Demonstrated effective education and practice development skills with staff and patients, involving superior interpersonal organisational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to initiate, implement and evaluate relevant research and quality improvement projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and demonstrated advanced computer skills and ability to use health related information technology systems.
- Commitment to the values of the Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network.
