Dou have the following?

  • Excellent customer service and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the provision of administration, reception and switchboard skills.
  • Good understanding of issues and practices relating to client confidentiality.
  • Good organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise workload to complete a variety of competing tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to participate in a 7 day rotating roster including morning and evening shifts.
  • Ability to maintain a professional image and adhere to Uniform and Standards of Dress Policy at all times.
