Selection Criteria

  1. Experience as a receptionist, commitment to quality client service including being well presented and being customer focused.
  2. Communication skills that demonstrate the ablilty to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, able to manage clients effectively.
  3. An excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently, including remotely and as part of a team.
  5. Demonstrated attention to detail.
  6. Demonstrated experience typing letters and medical correspondence with medical terminology.
  7. Demonstrated and/or experience in dealing with clients with who have had adverse outcomes facing the possibility of breast cancer diagnosis.
