Selection Criteria

  1. Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills and demonstrated success in delivering high level support services to the management of a busy clinical environment
  2. Demonstrated high level office management and organisational skills
  3. Experience in project management
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage a high workload, prioritise tasks whilst under sustained pressure, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
  5. Demonstrated ability to show initiative and use sound judgement and work collaboratively and as part of a team as well as independently
  6. Demonstrated experience in writing reports, developing procedures and work practices, business papers/agendas, minute taking and high level correspondence with attention to detail
  7. A demonstrable high level of proficiency with information handling, organisational and office software (iPM, eMR, Healthroster, ROB, and any other relevant computer applications
  8. Experience in identifying system and human error in financial systems and processes (e.g. PBRC)
