  • Previous administration experience working for a complex organisation.

  • Demonstrated customer service focus with a proactive and responsive approach to enquiries whilst understanding the need to maintain confidentiality.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in organisation and administration with the ability to maintain high level of accuracy and efficiency to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to establish positive working relationships with staff at all levels and with external stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow procedural guidelines relating to processing and credentialing.

  • Demonstrated proficient computer skills with experience using MS Office programs, HRIS and other database systems.
