- Knowledge and application of electronic health information management systems, e.g. Patient Information System (PAS) in Cerner or any of the practice management systems used by General Practices, or a demonstrated ability to become highly proficient with these systems with the requisite training.
- Demonstrated substantial experience with software systems including Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated experience consulting and liaising with health professionals, IT professionals, management and staff across organisational boundaries.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor tasks and provide reports to determine progression as required.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and take initiatives in relation to day to day operational matters, performing according to established work practices and procedures, working under limited direction.
- Valid unrestricted drivers licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
