- Demonstrated experience in organising meetings and effective minutes taking
- Demonstrated experience in effectively managing electronic calendars, email and task lists, including managing appointment conflicts and tracking delegated tasks
- Demonstrated experience preparing, formatting and managing meeting papers, correspondence, briefs, and other documents for signature or review, including using an electronic records management systems
- Relevant secretarial / administration officer qualification
- Proven ability to work as a part of a team and establish positive, effective work relationships
- Demonstrated experience in prioritising a demanding workload to ensure all tasks are completed by deadlines
- Demonstrated understanding of integrity, responsibility and personal accountability and confidentiality
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
