Selection Criteria

  1. Highly developed skills in prioritisation, organisation and time management, including proven experience to deal with all levels of management.
  2. Demonstrated experience to work independently and unsupervised as well as part of a team in a busy and complex environment in order to meet deadlines.
  3. Proficient use of software packages including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook email.
  4. Experience in using other hospital systems such as iPM booking, Cerner/Power chart.
  5. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  6. Experience and ability to record minutes and prepare agendas for high level meetings in a professional manner.
  7. Work experience as an Administrative Assistant.
