Selection Criteria to be addressed:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to demonstrate excellence in providing a high level of customer service
  2. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and utilise discretion, meet deadlines, prioritise and work as an efficient team member
  3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
  4. Clerical experience and or training to work in a reception/customer service role
  5. Demonstrated experience and skills in the use of various computer packages
