Selection Criteria
- Certificate III Health Service Assistance OR Current enrolment in Bachelor of Nursing at a recognised education provider and completion of Year 1 of academic and clinical placement studies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to communicate with a range of people.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use information technology systems.
- Recent experience working in aged care, with an understanding of confidentiality principles and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to plan and evaluate activities that meet resident capabilities and interests.
