Selection Criteria to be Addressed:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health-related field (health promotion, population health, education, allied health or other relevant field).
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in implementing group programs or delivering education programs.
- Understanding of and experience in working with older people, and of issues that impact on service delivery in relation to social disadvantage, Aboriginal and CALD communities.
- Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain partnerships with community, government and business organisations and agencies.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning, implementation, evaluation and dissemination of best practice interventions and report on the outcomes of the project.
- Demonstrated experience in working as part of a team, effective organisational skills, problem solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent computer skills, negotiation skills and high level written and verbal communication skills (including the ability to conduct public presentations and facilitate groups).
- Current driver's licence and willingness to use for work purposes.
