• Outline your experience within a similar role, particularly identifying your experience around debt collection and previous utilisation of Oracle and/or PowerHealth.
• Using a specific example, describe a time you have had multiple competing priorities to deliver within tight deadlines. How did you manage your workload and what was the outcome?
• Provide an example of a time you provided a high level of customer service to a customer. How did you go about this and what made you successful?
