Selection Criteria:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business management, economics or related discipline or other relevant experience. New graduates, or those still working towards suitable qualifications will be considered.
  2. Good oral and written communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills are required. Ability to help non-financial staff to understand their costs and resources to assist them in managing the resources for which they are responsible.
  3. A capacity for lateral thinking, creativity and innovation in the performance of work.
  4. Ability to undertake good quality financial analysis using various analytical and/or statistical techniques.
  5. Ability to maintain accuracy of data and reporting of financial and other business information.
  6. Sound computer skills in Microsoft applications, eg Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
