Selection Criteria:
- Aboriginality - being an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person is a requirement for this position.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal skills to ensure effective listening, understanding and following direction.
- Basic computer skills for electronic tracking and Health related computer programs.
- Commitment to providing a quality customer service by ensuring a focused approach for best practice and patient outcomes.
- Willingness and capacity to complete a Certificate Ill in Sterilising Services qualification throughout the traineeship program.
- Ability to focus on the task at hand and complete tasks with accuracy.
