Essential Requirement
Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications, Community services or equivalent
Evidence of Diversity claim: Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander
Selection Criteria
- Identify as Aboriginal with expertise in engaging with Aboriginal communities and workers
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of the nature, dynamics and impact of physical and emotional abuse and neglect of children and young people and knowledge of current child protection issues in NSW and their relevance to health service delivery
- Experience in delivery of child protection and wellbeing services
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills with competency in computer programs such as Word, PowerPoint, email systems and training equipment
- Willingness to travel within NSW and has a current driver’s license
