Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of service delivery for Aboriginal children, young people and families.

The position will:
assist in the development of effective mechanisms for enhancing service delivery to meet the needs of the Government's stated priorities with regards to services for Aboriginal children, young people and their families;

plan and develop strategies and initiatives to support the mental health workforce to promote cultural safety, improve Aboriginal community engagement, and improve accessibility of mental health services for Aboriginal people;
develop and manage appropriate models, service agreements and contracts for program partnerships relating to mental health service delivery for youth and priority populations.
