The Role
Integral to the Work Health and Safety (WHS), Wellbeing, and Security team, this role enhances the psychological health and safety of the workforce by implementing preventative measures, targeted interventions, and support structures in Justice Health settings at increased risk of psychological injury.
This role ensures alignment with WHS legislation and best practice industry standards, fostering a supportive environment that meets legal obligations while promoting sustainable wellbeing practices tailored to the diverse needs of the workforce. By implementing evidence-based programs and innovative strategies, the Workforce Wellbeing Psychologist aims to cultivate a resilient workforce equipped to navigate the challenges associated with their roles.
