The Role


The Recover @ Work Consultant provides proactive support through claims management, occupational rehabilitation, and workplace injury management services to the Justice Health NSW. The position also provides practical support to managers and staff participating in the return-to-work process, through the provision of advice and training. A strong focus of this role is placed on ensuring injured employees achieve timely, efficient and sustainable return to work outcomes. This role is responsible for analysing trends within injury management and working with the Senior Recover @ Work Consultant and the WHS Consultant on preventative strategies.

Salary & Benefits

Your salary of $109,857 - $129,624 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading is just the beginning. You’ll also have access to:

Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume and complex environment with a proven capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines.
