- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated skills in managing significant complex projects concurrently, with varying timeframes and workloads, in a high volume work environment.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in the application of Improvement and redesign methodologies.
- Demonstrated track record in, collaborating, negotiating, advocating and communicating effectively with a broad range in internal and external stakeholders coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate change solutions through collaborative and facilitative approaches.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in providing coaching and mentoring to staff throughout all levels of the organisation. This includes experience with engaging key teams and facilitating them to integrate projects, and effectively undertake system and behavioural change.
- Evidence of a strong commitment to expressing, modelling and reinforcing the JH&FMHN values of care, respect , honesty, clear communication and Professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to identify patient safety and consumer experience issues/risks and to provide strategic advice on how to address these issues/risks.
